Depending on your size and weight in general you should drink between half an ounce of water for each pound you weigh. Ex: If you weigh 150 lbs that would be 75 oz to 150 oz’s a day.

Might seem like a lot of water to consume in a day but the health benefits are so worth it. Find a bottle you really like and carry with you every where you go, you will soon not even notice that you are just randomly taking sips. Most people confuse hunger with hydration. Sometimes your body just wants to be rehydrated.
